Job Summary
As IT Manager, you’ll run and make better Anumana’s IT setup making sure all systems are safe, follow rules, and can grow. This leadership job mixes big-picture planning with hands-on know-how in areas like managing who can access what keeping devices safe protecting cloud data, and running IT services—all in the strict world of healthcare rules.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Management: You will manage networks, cloud setups, hardware, and IT systems through tools like Okta, Jumpcloud, CrowdStrike, Netskope or Zscaler, and ManageEngine.
- Healthcare Compliance: You will maintain standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST to safeguard security and privacy while preparing to handle audits.
- Software and Application Support: You will assist developers to deploy and connect identity tools and access systems.
- Cybersecurity: You will oversee encryption, access management, system monitoring, incident handling, and endpoint security.
Skills and Qualifications
- You need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related area.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years managing IT (in healthcare/regulated sectors).
- Broad experience working with cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP. Understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and networking.
- Familiarity with compliance rules such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and HIPAA HITRUST.
- Practical experience with:
- ITSM: ManageEngine
- IAM: Okta, Jumpcloud
- Endpoint Security: CrowdStrike
- Cloud/Network Security: Netskope, Zscaler
